The Biggest and the Best
With over 1,100 alumni and over 100 current students, Ross Consortium boasts the largest alumni network and the largest Consortium class of any Consortium school. Our goal is to create an endearing CGSM family bond that supports, respects, and promotes one another, while leveraging our collective strengths to further the Consortium’s mission.
The Consortium Mission
Consortium for Graduate Study in Management's (CGSM) mission “is to enhance diversity and inclusion in global business education and leadership by striving to reduce the significant underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both our Member Schools’ enrollments and the ranks of global management.”
Student Liaisons
The Student Liaisons are responsible for leading Consortium student activities at Ross and communicating with The Consortium students, staff, corporate and school representatives, and alumni. They play a key role in driving the Ross Consortium vision throughout the year

After graduating from Colgate University in 2010, I began my career in the public sector and then transitioned to the NYC startup scene leading customer experience and operations teams. While I enjoyed the impact of working in an early-stage startup environment, my attention turned toward how to help companies achieve sustainable long-term growth. This experience led me to pursue business school to pivot into a career as a corporate strategist.
I felt the Ross difference long before I was ever a student here. When I was in the process of researching schools, I was overwhelmed by the level of support I received from the Consortium community at Ross. It was the warmth and welcoming energy of Rossers that reaffirmed my interest in the school. I knew from interactions with students that Ross would be a place where I could thrive. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss anything from life as a New York transplant, section leadership, student funds, to life in Ann Arbor. I am passionate about connecting people to personal and professional development opportunities. In addition to my role as CGSM liaison, I am also the incoming VP of Prospective Students for the Black Business Student Association. When I’m not talking to prospective students, you can find me on a bike path, in one of Ann Arbor’s many parks, or at the best ice cream shop in town (Blank Slate!)

After graduating with a degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014, I spent five years working as a project engineer in the construction and wastewater industries. I always had a long term interest in sports, but didn’t know it could be a career opportunity from a business perspective. With the rise of sports analytics I noticed an increasing trend in business backgrounds among sports executives. I felt an MBA would compliment my technical skills and help me transition into a career in sports. I initially researched Ross because of its strong ties to sports, both collegiate and professional, its concentration on data and analytics, and its emphasis on experiential learning, but I ultimately enrolled because of the Ross family. Ross is the only school where I saw people who look like me, thriving in a genuine environment where they could be themselves. I first experienced the Ross family at UpClose, then expanded on it at ALE, and knew I had to be a part of it! At Ross I am a student ambassador, VP of Student Affairs for the Black Business Student Association, Consortium Liaison, and campus barber.

At Ross, I recruited in the healthcare industry and my summer internship is with Chartis Group, a healthcare consulting company.
