The Consortium at Michigan Ross

The Biggest and the Best

With over 1000+ alumni, Ross Consortium boasts the largest alumni network of any Consortium school. Our goal is to create an endearing CGSM family bond that supports, respects, and promotes one another, while leveraging our collective strengths to further the Consortium’s mission.

The Consortium Mission

Consortium for Graduate Study in Management's (CGSM) mission “is to enhance diversity and inclusion in global business education and leadership by striving to reduce the significant underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both our Member Schools’ enrollments and the ranks of global management.”

Student Liaisons

The Student Liaisons are responsible for leading Consortium student activities at Ross and communicating with The Consortium students, staff, corporate and school representatives, and alumni. They play a key role in driving the Ross Consortium vision throughout the year

Bryant is a second-year MBA student with a focus on Investment Management and Entrepreneurship, immersed in the worlds of finance and innovation. Currently, he proudly serves as a Consortium Liaison, bridging connections and fostering collaboration within the CGSM community at Michigan Ross. Additionally, he serves as the Co-President of HBSA, President of the IM Club, VP of Partnerships for EVC, and VP of Operations for First at Ross.

Outside of academia, he is driven by a passion for giving back and empowering others through education in finance and coding. Whether through workshops or mentoring, he seeks to demystify these subjects and make them accessible to all. When not immersed in the world of business, you can find him embracing the great outdoors; finding solace in hiking, biking, and kayaking, and always eager to explore new destinations. Additionally, he indulges in playing the bass guitar and has a penchant for whipping up delicious meals for friends and family, creating memorable moments around the dining table.

Before embarking on this MBA journey, he honed his skills in Investment Management through various roles in technology and investments. Notably, he also had the privilege of serving as the President of a non-profit board dedicated to assisting low-income families with essential resources like food and housing. These experiences reinforced his commitment to creating positive change in his community. He hopes to approach every endeavor with an insatiable curiosity, always seeking to learn and adapt, and his ultimate goal is to be a catalyst for impactful change and a beacon of leadership within the community.
